Dr. Denoon is a professor of Economics at New York University, a specialist in international economic policy and national security. Formerly Vice President of the U.S. Export-Import Bank and Deputy Assistant of Security of Defense. Mr. Denoon holds a BA from Harvard, MPA, Princeton and Ph.D. from M.I.T. Mr. Fromm is CEO of Chaos Telecom. Before joining Chaos, he was Vice President of Business Development for Dialogic Corporation, where he created and ran Dialogic's IP Telephony business unit. A pioneer in IP telephony, Mr. Fromm is the former chairman of the Voice Over Net Coalition. He started his career at ROLM corporation, where he was a member of the technical staff developing embedded real time software for the ROLM PBX. Mr. Fromm received a BSE in Computer Engineering (summa cum laude) from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. House has a distinguished career as a highly successful innovator, business leader, executive and civic leader. Currently, Mr. House is the Director of Societal Impact of Technology for Intel Corporation. Formerly President of Spectron MicroSystems of Dialogic, a division of Intel Corporation, Mr. House is a renowned industry expert in voice and video communications. He is currently on the Board of Directors for Applied MicroSystems, HotHaus Software and Pretzel Logic Software. He has also served as a Director for Aldus Software. He is an IEEE Fellow and is the inventor of logic analysis instrumentation field. Mr. House holds a BS from the California Institute of Technology, an MSEE from Stanford University, and an MBA from the University of San Diego, CA. Tomasz Koperwas Mr. Koperwas has 20 years of product development experience in the electronics and high-tech inducrtry. He has developed Data/Fax modems, Web Appliances, Video servers, set-top boxes, and more. With a deep understanding of the operations and marketing functions, Tomasz is very experienced in taking products from concept to volume production. Prior to NCast, Tomasz was Engineering Director at GammaLink, a senior engineer at NEC Home Electronics, and founder of Tardis Modular System. Tomasz has an MS in Electronics Engineering from Warsaw Polytechnic, Warsaw,Poland 1980. Chris Kozak Chris is responsible for all day to day manufacturing operations for NCast. He is an experienced process engineer, most recenlty with Solectron. In his earlier career Chris started and managed chemical plants in Poland and abroad and initiated new technologies for fiber optic production. Chris received his MS degree in Chemistry from the University of Mari-Curie Sklodowski, Lublin, Poland, and has eight patents to his name. Dr. H.S. Magnuski Prior to founding NCast, Dr. Magnuski was cofounder and CEO of GammaLink. He invented the industry's first PC-to-fax communications technology in 1985. In 1994, GammaLink merged with Dialogic Corporation of Parsippany, New Jersey, a leading manufacturer of voice cards for the PC. In 1999, Dialogic merged with Intel. In 1995, Dr. Magnuski received the Fax Industry Award from BIS, now Giga Information Group, Inc. Dr. Magnuski pioneered the Internet's first video service provider in 1995 and founded Internet Video Services, Inc. Dr. Magnuski holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from MIT and conducted postdoctoral work at Stanford University. Tom Mitchell Tom joined NCast in June of 2006 as Vice President of Business Development and was promoted shortly afterwards to Sales and Business Development. Tom has been broadly involved in the Networking and Communications industry since 1982. Prior to joining NCast, Tom was President and CEO of RadioLAN, a wireless networking company. He has held senior Sales, Marketing, and Business Development roles at companies such as RadioLAN, Apple/Newton Inc, Proxim, and Alloy Computer Products. Tom is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of NCast's business strategy, including managing the sales team, setting the go-to-market strategy, and fostering the development of strategic partnerships. Tom holds a BA in Biology (Genetics) with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Rochester ('81), Rochester, New York. Professor Lawrence A. Rowe As a Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Professor Rowe founded the Multimedia Research Center at University of California, Berkeley. His group developed the Berkeley MPEG1 video tools, the Berkeley Continuous Media Toolkit, special effect compression algorithms, and the Berkeley Distributed Video-On-Demand System. Professor Rowe currently serves on the technical advisory boards of Inktomi Corporation and Visigenic Software, Inc. In 1980, Professor Rowe cofounded Ingress Corporation. Professor Rowe holds a BA in Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Information and Computer Science from the University of California. Professor Rowe has published over seventy papers on multimedia systems and applications, programming systems, and database systems. He is a member of the editorial board of the ACM Multimedia Systems Journal. Jeanne Schmitt Prior to founding NCast, Ms. Schmitt was a Product Manager for GammaLink (now Intel), where she marketed network fax product lines. Prior to joining GammaLink, Ms. Schmitt was a Program Manager at Microsoft Corporation at the ground floor of WorkGroup Apps. She was instumental in integrating specific messaging technology into Windows from different operating groups. Ms. Schmitt successfully drove engineering, marketing, and user ed product teams, and managed the development and deployment of Microsoft's messaging products, and received Microsoft's ShipIt award from Bill Gates. Ms. Schmitt holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a member of the Forum of Women Entrepreneurs. Chris Zaloumis Chris Zaloumis manages strategic marketing and business development at NCast. Prior to joining NCast in 2000, Mr. Zaloumis specialized in web and application development for Levis Strauss, Cable and Wireless and Chevron Corporation. Chris earned his MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and his BA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. |
