This is an ideal position for a person who wants to be part of a fun fast-paced team, yet be home in the afternoon. Responsibilities include handling inbound phone calls, entering invoices/sales orders/etc, preparing shipment documents, handling travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, placing purchase orders and tracking inbound shipments, calling on outstanding invoices, typing light documents, and an occasional errand (reimbursed, of course). The successful applicant will be very personable, be a team player, and have a great attitude. He or she will have excellent spoken and written communication skills, and will be proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of ACT! and QuickBooks will be a plus, and other applications will be good too.
